Health & Safety

We look forward to welcoming you to Stifel Theatre. Providing a healthy and safe environment for our guests, performers and staff is our top priority and we have worked closely with our valued healthcare partners and the City of St. Louis to develop guidelines to welcome you back.  Please read the information below carefully before visiting Stifel Theatre.

Vaccination & Mask Policy

Effective March 7, 2022, fans attending events and shows will no longer be required to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or a recent negative COVID-19 test result for entry into Stifel Theatre

The policy is being discontinued in recognition of the significant reduction in local COVID-19 cases while being in alignment with the City of St. Louis' recent announcement that its indoor mask mandate will expire at 11:59 p.m. on March 5.

The Blues, Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre will continue to be guided in the months ahead by the CDC as well as local, state and federal health and safety authorities.

Vaccination & Mask Policy FAQs

Is there a face mask policy for events at Stifel Theatre?
No. In accordance with an order issued by the City of St. Louis, individuals are no longer required to wear a mask indoors. For more information on the order issued by the City of St. Louis, click here

Do I need proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to attend an event at Stifel Theatre?
Effective March 6, guests are no longer required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 PCR or rapid test to attend events at Stifel Theatre.

How long will there not be a vaccination or negative COVID-19 test requirement in effect?
The policy will be subject to periodic reviews and potential revisions as circumstances warrant. We will continue to work with local, state, and federal government officials, health agencies and the National Hockey League to monitor COVID-19 numbers so we can provide updates as necessary.

If I want to, can I still wear a mask at events and shows?
Yes. If guests feel more comfortable attending events with a mask, they may continue doing so.

Does this policy apply to all events at Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre?
Yes, but some events such as concerts may be subject to vaccination or mask protocols at the request of the artist.

I have questions surrounding my tickets and the updated policy. Who can I contact?
Any ticket inquiries as it relates to the current health and safety policies can be sent to customerservice@stifeltheatre.com by Friday, April 1.
