Accessible Parking
Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout the surrounding garages and parking lots. For each event at Stifel Theatre, guests with the need for mobility assistance may be dropped off at the corner of 15th Street and Market Street. A ramp is available at this corner of the building for easier access to the front entrance of Stifel Theatre.
Accessible Seating
Stifel Theatre provides areas suitable for people with mobility disabilities who require accessible seating because of their disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). One companion seat is available for each seat reserved for a guest with a disability. These seats are provided in a wide variety of price ranges for all events. To purchase accessible seating, please contact the Accessibility Hotline at 314-622-5420.
For most Stifel Theatre events, a limited number of accessible seating options are available on site for guests who did not previously purchase accessible seating. To inquire about these on site options, please ask the nearest Guest Experience staff member for assistance. On site options are limited so guests are encouraged to contact the Accessibility Hotline prior to their arrival to secure accessible seating.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available from the Guest Services Office located in the Ticket Lobby. The devices operate on a FM system and pick up the theatre audio feed. Please note that the feed may be limited for some shows and concerts due to tour requirements.
Guests wishing to check out a device must leave a driver’s license or credit card and upon return of the device in the same condition, the collateral will be returned. Devices are handed out on a first come, first served basis and are provided free of charge.
Audio Description Services
Stifel Theatre partners with MindsEye to provide audio description for select shows and events for our guests who are visually impaired. Due to limited availability, this service is only available by reserving a spot in advance. Box Office
The Box Office is located inside the front entrance of Stifel Theatre on Market Street. The Stifel Theatre Box Office is only open on event days. On event days, the Stifel Theatre Box Office opens at 10:00 AM and remains open until approximately 30 minutes after the event begins.
Stifel Theatre event tickets may also be purchased at the Enterprise Center Box Office whenever the Stifel Theatre Box Office is closed. The Enterprise Center Box Office is located in the Atrium near the Main Entrance at 14th Street and Clark Avenue. All windows feature convenient access.
Short-term parking is available in front of both Stifel Theatre and Enterprise Center for guests who are visiting the Box Office. In addition to the Box Office, tickets for guests with disabilities may be purchased through the Accessibility Hotline at 314-622-5420. Please inform your ticket seller about any needs that may require accommodation, including companion seating or use of a service animal.
Dietary Restrictions
For guests with dietary restrictions and allergies, we allow food and non-alcoholic drinks into the theatre. Drinks must be in plastic, factory-sealed bottles.
Drop Off/Pick Up Areas
Curbside drop off and pick up areas can be found at the corner of 15th Street and Market Street where an accessible ramp is located. Guests may also be dropped off on Market Street in front of Stifel Theatre but this location does require steps to reach the entrance.
Elevators/Escalators
Elevators are located on each side of the Ticket Lobby and provide access to all levels of Stifel Theatre. An escalator is located at the 14th Street VIP entrance to provide access to the Ticket Lobby level.
Emergency Evacuation
In the case of an emergency evacuation, avoid taking elevators or escalators.
There are designated fire escape stairwells on each side of Stifel Theatre where individuals with disabilities can wait for help if the paths of exit are unavailable.
The Guest Experience and Public Safety staff are trained to evacuate or lead these individuals to the designated fire escape stairwells when the paths of exit are unavailable.
Entry Procedure
The main entrance of Stifel Theatre is accessible via the ramp at the corner of 15th Street and Market Street. All guests go through standard security screening measures. For a list of prohibited items, please go to the Theatre Policies page.
First Aid
The First Aid office is located on Level 1 in the Ticket Lobby.
Guest Services
The Guest Service office is located on Level 1 in the Ticket Lobby. Services include oversized item check-in, assisted listening devices, lost and found, and answering other questions, comments, or concerns.
Guest Texting
Guests needing assistance during an event may send a message at Tell-ST.com and a member of the Guest Experience staff will respond to your message. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobility Devices
Manual and motorized wheelchairs and four-wheeled mobility scooters that are required as mobility devices for a person with a disability are permitted in Stifel Theatre. Additionally, manually-powered aids such as walkers, canes, crutches, braces, and other similar devices are permitted. Individuals using these items do not require permission to enter and safely operate in Stifel Theatre.
Public Transportation
The Civic Center Transit Center is located directly across from Enterprise Center on Clark Avenue. The location is on the back side of Stifel Theatre and requires a short walk around to the front of Stifel Theatre to reach the main entrance. There are also several nearby bus stops on 14th Street and Market Street that provide quick and easy access to Stifel Theatre. MetroBus and MetroLink services are available at the Civic Center Transit Center. For transit information, visit metrostlouis.org or call 314-231-2345 in Missouri or 618-271-2345 in Illinois.
Restrooms/Family Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are located in the Kiel Club next to the Ticket Lobby and on Level 3 (Lower Mezz/Loge Box Level). The Kiel Club also offers family restrooms.
Please note that the main restrooms in the Ticket Lobby require a few steps to reach. The restrooms on Level 4 (Upper Mezz) also require steps to reach.
Sensory Needs
Stifel Theatre has partnered with KultureCity to improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Our objective is to provide an inclusive and seamless experience for all guests for all events including those with sensory needs. We strive to raise awareness of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with sensory processing disorders by supplying Guest Experience staff members with continuous training and by offering the resources and accommodations below to our guests:
Sensory Bags
Sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget tools, noise cancelling headphones, and other resources are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our Guest Services office in the Ticket Lobby.
Weighted Lap Pads
Weighted lap pads are also available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our Guest Services office in the Ticket Lobby.

Service Animals
Service dogs (or other service animals expressly authorized under applicable law) that are trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability are welcome at Stifel Theatre. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be selected for you if you desire to accommodate your service animal.
Wheelchair Services
For guests who need assistance to and from their seat, Stifel Theatre staff can provide wheelchairs and an escort to the seating location. Due to a limited number of wheelchairs, we are unable to leave the wheelchair at the guest’s seat the entire event but the nearest Guest Experience staff member will be able to assist the guest if they need to leave their seat.
